R package and Cytoscape plugin for NOA are available.

Here, an initial version of R package for NOA is avaiable which has been tested on Windows and you can download the zip file here and the PDF manual file. You can simplely use the package by type "help(NOA)" when the package is installed. This is not the published version, if there is any problem for using the package, please contact Qiang Huang (hq04405114@gmail.com) freely.

Meanwhile, a cytoscape plugin of NOA is also published, more information can be found in this paper and the detailed user manual is avaiable at http://nrnb.org/tools/noa.
