Network alignment based on Conditional Random Fields
Examples

Yeast and Human

C. jejuni and E. coli

Mesorhizobium and Synechocystis

Simulated networks

Biological network format

For the edges of network, we allow the input as follows:
node1 node2
node3 node4
...
Each line contains one edge, and it is not allowed for special characters in the node names, such as "/","\".

Node similarity file
For the node similarty score, we allow the input as follows:
node1 node2 score1
gene3 gene4 score2
...
Each line contains a node pair and all the separators are tabs.
